hi Mike I'm a dealer for Merrow for over 30 years i would use t-35 a&e wildcat thread for great coverage and is cheaper than woolly nylon and easier to use

Woolly Nylon thread. I finally found it. Woolly Nylon is the ticket. Most thread wholesalers have it. Mike

They could not help with thread selection but recommended a local company that has merrowing machines. Unfortunately they would not provide any information about types of threads.

Proper Thread Selection

I need guidance on the proper selection of thread for my M-30 merrowing machine. I make removable patches, arm bands and wrist bands and I need the edge to have a finished look. The edge thread needs to be completely filled in. If you go to http://www.fotolum.com/walkersafetyband.html on my website you will see the type of edge I need.Thank you for any assistance you can provide.See More
