Early 2009, just adding embroidery and patch making to my large format digital printing & laser cutting/engraving business.
I bought a used MG-3U in early Feb '09, but haven't learned to thread it yet. Beautiful machine. Looks as much like a sculpture as it does a piece of industrial machinery.

I start with about a 4-6" chain.
