Well bless my pea picking heart, you do have a video on how to thread the machines and what a nice surprise to find it. Now I only have one question, where can I get one of the threading tools the guy was using in the video, that a very handy tool.

I think I figured it out.
I start with about a 4-6" chain.
I start sewing with the edge under the needle.
No cutter,(the material is precut and fixed to a freely rotating platform)
